Orenyx may, but is not obligated to, monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP, including through automated fraud and risk-scoring tools. Orenyx reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take action it deems appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, suspending or terminating an account, withholding fees otherwise payable, and reporting conduct to law enforcement or a relevant School or governing body, without prior notice and without liability to you.

5. Reporting Violations

Users may report suspected violations of this AUP to Orenyx using the contact information published on the Service.
